Here are the latest comings and goings casting news from all five daytime dramas: The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital, The Young and the Restless, and Beyond the Gates.

General Hospital Casting

The wait is over for GH fans. After several months off the canvas, Kirsten Storms returns as Maxie Jones this week. The actress makes her first appearance on Friday, February 12. Storms took a break from the soap last year to move to Tennessee and deal with a personal health issue. She last aired as Maxie in August of 2025. 

Bradford Anderson resurfaces as Maxie’s significant other, Damian Spinelli, too. He shares poignant scenes with Kristina Wagner’s Felicia on Friday, February 13, when the pair makes a major decision.

John J. York resurfaces as Mac Scorpio. He shares key scenes with Dominic Zamprogna’s Dante, when he delivers an update on Anna’s (Finola Hughes) situation.

Lucy Herring gets more screen time as Lucy Coe. Look for the character to seek payback on Tuesday, February 10.

Two popular teens are back on the scene. Asher Antonyzyn returns as Danny Morgan, and Bluesy Burke as Charlotte Cassadine. Look for Danny to get creative on Tuesday, February 10, while Charlotte gets food for thought on Wednesday, February 11.

Paige Herschell returns as Jacinda. Michael (Rory Gibson) plans a date with his girlfriend on Friday, February 13. Herschel opened up about her time on the soap and what it’s meant to her.

The Young and the Restless Casting

After a 10-year absence, Stacy Haiduk is set to reprise her role as Patty Williams on Y&R. The actress, who was originally cast as Paul’s (Doug Davidson) sister and Jack’s (Peter Bergman) ex-wife in 2009, was last seen as Patty in 2016, when the character was institutionalized.  (Here’s a brief look back at Patty’s tumultuous past.) She also played Dr. Emily Peterson on the soap from 2009 to 2012. 

Haiduk, who currently portrays Kristen DiMera and Susan Banks on Days of our Lives, will not be leaving the Peacock drama. She’ll continue to appear on both shows.

Ethan Ray Clark is back as Dominic Winters as the character’s abduction storyline continues. Look for Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon’s (Bryton James) son to share more scenes with Cameron Grimes’ Mariah this week. Young Dominic shares a complicated past with Mariah.

The Bold and the Beautiful Casting

A pair of Dancing With the Stars pros are set to strut their stuff on B&B. Gleb Savchenko and Marcquet Hill portray male dancers at as Daphne’s (Murielle Hilaire) bridal shower on Monday, February 9. They’ll interact with the bride-to-be, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s Steffy, Rebecca Budig’s Taylor, and Jennifer Gareis’ Donna.

Ashleigh Brewer is back as Ivy Forrester, Electra’s (Laneya Grace) overprotective aunt. She airs on Wednesday, February 11, Thursday, February 12, and Friday, February 13. Check out how fans feel about Ivy’s meddling and browbeating the homeless Dylan (Sydney Bullock).

Days of our Lives Casting

As the DiMeras say a final goodbye to Stefano, a longtime family member returns to DAYS. Thaao Penghlis returns as Tony DiMera on Tuesday, February 10. He shares key scenes with Billy Flynn’s Chad.

Lamon Archey gets more screen time as Eli Grant. Look for the character to share scenes with Galen Gering’s Rafe and Susan Seaforth Hayes’ Julie on Monday, February 9. Archey recently shared some behind-the-scenes fun at the soap on social media.

Peter Porte continues his run as Dimitri Von Leuschner. The character discusses his relationship with Greg Rikaart’s Leo and also interacts with Gering’s Rafe on Monday, February 9. Porte is also back on Wednesday, February 11.

Richard Wharton reappears as Dr. Rolf. He has a pivotal scene with Dan Feuerriegel’s EJ, when he delivers a gift from the late Stefano.

Michael Spellman portrays Reverend Hart on Thursday, February 12. He has scenes opposite Robert Scott Wilson’s Alex and Abigail Klein’s Stephanie.

On the exit front, Louis Sorel is out as the diabolical Vivian Alamain. The actress, who completed her brief return to the soap last week, shared her most memorable moment as the diabolical character.
