Y&R Stars Cait Fairbanks and Rory Gibson Team Up On Exciting Project

Two of your favorite The Young and the Restless stars, Cait Fairbanks and Rory Gibson, teamed up for an exciting new project outside of their daytime work. The actors even shared a few fun photos commemorating their time off-screen.

While things are awkward for their Y&R characters since Gibson’s on-screen alter ego, Noah Newman, seems hopelessly in love with Fairbanks’s Tessa Porter, these two professionals had nothing but fun in real life as they enjoyed some time together on a different set.

The actress shared an Instagram post with five photos and a short video. She captioned it, “shot a video for @thelumineers right before break!! it was such a fun couple of days and I was glad to be a part of it.”

In the first image, which you can see in the post below, both Fairbanks and Gibson looked at the camera for a selfie while wearing bloody makeup on their faces. Presumably, the makeup was part of the video for a Lumineers song “Where We Are.” In the music video, which you can see below, Fairbanks and Gibson star as a couple that experiences a car crash, and they don’t know where they are, but ultimately they’ll be okay.

The other photos in the actress’s post showed behind-the-scenes moments on the music video. One photo showed a crashed and broken car, and another image featured Cait Fairbanks lying on the floor covered in coats next to a space heater between scenes. A short clip shows Gibson falling into a car seat on the last slide of the Instagram post.

Y&R Spoilers Tease No Hope for Noah

While they played a couple in The Lumineers music video, we don’t expect these two to reunite on The Young and the Restless, especially since Y&R spoilers reveal that Tessa proposes to Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) this week on the show.
