Y&R Star Judah Mackey Reveals His Stunning Achievement

Judah Mackey, the young actor who plays Connor Newman on The Young and the Restless, has been busy when not on set. He recently showed off a stunning new achievement he spent several years working toward.

Judah Mackey Earned His Black Belt in Taekwondo

On Y&R, Connor Newman has been off-screen for a while. However, the actor has been busy bettering his life and reaching his goals. Mackey showed off his new Taekwondo black belt on Twitter. He shared a photo of himself as a 4-year-old white belt alongside a picture of himself sporting his most recent belt, which you can see below.

“How it started.. how it’s going!” Mackey captioned the cute photo set. “I became a black belt over the weekend!! I’ve grown stronger physically and mentally on this journey and learned so much. I’m thankful for my awesome instructors and family for always pushing me to do my best!” The young actor added the hashtag “blackbelt” at the end. Friends and fans left comments congratulating the nearly 11-year-old actor on his significant achievement.

Connor’s Young and the Restless Storyline

Mackey began playing Connor in August 2019. Currently, his character’s mother, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), is out of town, but she’ll return to Genoa City on December 14. Lately, she and Connor’s father, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), shared some tense phone calls regarding their upcoming plans for the holidays and Connor. When she returns, there’s sure to be some upheaval in both Connor and Adam’s lives. Soap Hub congratulates Mackey on earning his black belt in Taekwondo.
