But then he took a job with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). And now he’s digging up restricted files in Latin America. Yup, definitely a less stressful career choice. What over 3,000 fans see in Michael’s (Christian Le Blanc) future:
Minions
Victor doesn’t just expect his family to jump when he snaps his fingers and sing, in unison, “You are so wise, oh, wise one full of wisdom. But, of course, we will do things your way.” He expects the same thing from employees. Now that Victor has Michael digging into Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) past, he will expect Michael to do whatever he needs to in order to bring Victor the results he wants.
Legal, shmegal. What is Michael, a lawyer? Doesn’t he know that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) was willing — nay, happy — to risk his medical license for Victor’s convenience? The least Michael can do is feel the same about his legal license, 62% of you command.
Y&R Spoilers: Right Back Atcha
Victor wants Michael to dig into Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) lies. As soon as he finds any, 20% of the audience expects Ashland to seek revenge. And Michael should be happy to take one for the team. Team Victor that is. Michael’s job is to make sure his boss is protected. No matter what price Michael has to pay for that.
Woman Trouble
And if Lauren (Tracey Bregman) has any complaints about the time this is taking away from her home life with Michael, well, please see above, 18% instruct. Is Lauren suggesting her needs should take precedence over Victor’s? What has she done to earn that? Did she grow up in a German-accented American orphanage? No? So take a seat.
