Y&R Spoilers Recap For Dec. 22: Devon Gives Dom A Precious Neil Gift

The Y&R spoilers recap for Wednesday, December 22, 2021, are all about Baby Dominic, as Devon Hamilton drops by with a very special family gift – as Chance frowns, Phyllis Summers explains how to be a good mother to Abby Newman-Abbott Chancellor, and Tessa Porter insists to Mariah Copeland that she’s excited for them to have a baby together…and not just to replace the child Mariah had to give up.

The Y&R Spoilers Recap Highlights

It’s Dominic Chancellor’s first Christmas, and the family is descending en masse! There’s Aunt Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) vising from New York City, and there’s Uncle Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)…dropping by with surprise guest, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford).

Phyllis and Abby (Melissa Ordway) once battled over The Grand Phoenix, but now Abby says that having Dominic made her realize how pointless it all was. Phyllis takes great offense. She has spent her life battling over pointless things, and her kids turned out fabulous!

Daniel hasn’t spoken to her in years – or let her spend time with her granddaughter, Lucy, and Summer Newman Abbott (Hunter King) didn’t even bother coming home for the holidays. Abby should take a lesson from Phyllis. She did everything right parenting.

Y&R Recap: My Two Dads

Devon (Bryton James) admits to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) that he’d like to spend more time with Dominic. Amanda insists there’s no harm in asking. Instead, Devon beats around the bush by bringing Dominic a gift Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) once got for the baby Devon and Hilary lost. Chance (Conner Floyd) watches Dominic’s biological dad fuss over the baby and clenches his jaw in a manly way.

Young and the Restless: My Two Moms

Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) suggests that instead of a biological child, she and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) adopt a baby to give a child a better home than the ones they grew up in. Both marvel that they’ve gotten to a point where THEY are the stable ones!
