Find out if any other popular stars from yesteryear are returning, if any newcomers are boarding the show in contract, recurring, or day-player roles, or if any of your favorite actors or actresses are leaving the daytime drama.

Key Takeaways

  • Stacy Haiduk is set to return to Y&R as Patty Williams for the first time since 2016, reviving one of the show’s most volatile legacy characters
  • Haiduk will continue appearing on Days of our Lives as Kristen DiMera and Susan Banks while juggling roles on both soaps
  • Ethan Ray Clark is back on screen as Dominic Winters as the abduction storyline intensifies and his connection to Mariah comes back into focus

The Week of February 9, 2026

After a 10-year absence, Stacy Haiduk is set to reprise her role as the mentally unbalanced Patty Williams. Haiduk, who was originally cast as Paul’s (Doug Davidson) sister and Jack’s (Peter Bergman) ex-wife in 2009, was last seen as Patty in 2016, when the character was institutionalized. She also played Dr. Emily Peterson on the soap from 2009 to 2012. (Here’s a brief look back at Patty’s tumultuous past.)

Haiduk, who currently plays Kristen DiMera and Susan Banks on Days of our Lives, will not be leaving the Peacock drama. She’ll continue to appear on both shows.

Ethan Ray Clark is back as Dominic Winters as the character’s abduction storyline continues. Look for Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Devon’s (Bryton James) son to share more scenes with Cameron Grimes’ Mariah this week. Young Dominic shares a complicated past with Mariah.
