The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Wednesday, April 25 features Nikki getting overconfident, Nick getting furious, Kyle getting devious, and Victoria getting even more bad news.
What Nikki Doesn’t Know… Can Hurt Her
Nick called a meeting at Victor’s house with his parents, Jack (Peter Bergman), and Arturo.
They discussed business, and Jack and Victor took their usual swipes at each other.
Layer, Nikki and Artro talked business…in a way that made it clear they mean pleasure. They also thought no one was watching.
You’d think Nikki would know by now that Victor is always watching. So, watched his wife flirt with his contractor. And he didn’t need to be hit over the head with a hammer to put a two-by-four together.
Finders Keepers
While helping Victor (Eric Braeden) recuperate, Nick (Joshua Morrow) learned about JT (Thad Luckinbill) abusing Victoria (Amelia Heinle).
He broke the news to Sharon (Sharon Case), who did her best to look surprised. Nick insisted he needs to find his ex-brother-in-law. Sharon also did her best not to look like she knows where JT is.
Fire Damage
Kyle (Michael Mealor) convinced a suddenly there again Ravi (Abhi Sinha) to see what he can salvage from Abby’s (Melissa Ordway) slightly charred memory card.
Kyle proved he doesn’t have a very good grasp of how technology works, but Ravi agreed to give it a try.

A Man And His Music
After barking at Sharon and conferring with Billy (Jason Thompson), Reed (Tristan Lake Leau) told Victoria he can’t live in a town where everyone thinks his dad is horrible.
Reed asked to go to a music boarding school out of state, and assured Vicky that the tuition wasn’t that high.
Since money has never exactly been a problem for the Newmans, Victoria agreed, though she hates the idea of losing her little boy. When Reed left, Vicky sobbed.
