The Young and the Restless (YR) Recap: Billy and Abby Learned Secrets They Shouldn’t

The Young and the Restless (YR) recap for Friday, August 25 is full of secrets and half-truths as Billy steals from Dina as she gives away more than she should to Abby.

Do Not Pass Go
Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) told Billy (Jason Thompson) about Dina’s (Marla Adams) new position at Jabot, which gave him an idea. He smooth-talked his dad’s first wife and escorted Dina to her hotel room.

While she was getting her things together, Billy quickly took a pic of Dina’s computer password. Later, he tried to enter it, but was shut out. Who else thinks this was just the first step in a much larger battle?

But Dina might soon have a bigger problem on her hands. She filled a nosy Abby (Melissa Ordway) in on her affair with Brent Davis. Now Abby wants to know more, and she pumped Victor for info.

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) was not happy to hear about Dina’s loose lips — while Ravi (Abhi Sinha) overheard them discussing it.

Faith-Less
While Sharon (Sharon Case) put off Scott (Daniel Hall) and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) meeting, the girl pouted about Nick (Joshua Morrow) moving in with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Her bedroom furniture never arrived–because Victor (Eric Braeden) wouldn’t let the moving men take it.

Chelsea tried to change Victor’s mind, even reminding him what happened when he treated Adam the way Victor is now treating Nick, but Victor dismissed her concerns. This time, he’s going to do it right.

He still encouraged Faith to lie to her parents about him arriving at camp and spilling the beans about Nick’s new living situation. Grandpa of the Year here!
