The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Friday, July 13th promise “something wicked this way comes” in the spirit of the day.
Expect to see Victor accept the invitation to meet with JT – or whoever is pretending to be him – and Jill returning to set her family back on the right course… which means Jill’s way.
Bring It On
It’s been a rough 24 hours for Victor (Eric Braeden). Nate (Brooks Darnell) popped the man’s bubble by telling him that he wasn’t the uber-mensch he thought he was, and if he doesn’t follow doctor’s orders, next time, it will be Victor smashing to the floor, not just a glass.
Then, a judge dared decree that Christian was better off with the father and almost-stepmother who love him (and take care of him and spend time with him), rather than a grandfather who promptly handed him off to a (well-paid; Newman doesn’t discriminate!) nanny.
That was before Victor learned that Neil (Kristoff St. John) had, in Victor’s words, stabbed Victor in the back. Neil called it doing what Victor would have done in the same situation.
By the time Victor got the text from JT (Thad Luckinbill) asking for them to meet – alone – Victor must have thought he was due for a win. Victor agrees. With confidence.

Back Down the Hill
Jill (Jess Walton) is back!
She’s not happy with Kyle (Michael Mealor) digging up Phillip’s grave, and she is really unhappy with Jack (Peter Bergman).
That’s even before Jill learns that Jack is walking around with a piece of Phillip’s skeleton, intending to take it for a DNA test.
Why do we suspect that no matter what the genetic typing reveals, Jill won’t be sharing Chancellor Industries with her former stepson?
Troubling Times
Elsewhere, Hilary and Devon face another hurdle, and Vicky becomes the target of an unsettling phone call.
