The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR): Victor Butts Into Abby’s Love Life

The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Wednesday, August 30 find Victor taking action when words just won’t do, Hilary confronting Chelsea, and Jordan filling Lily in on his latest news.

Daddy Dearest Does (Damage?)
Victor (Eric Braeden) warned Abby to be careful where her ‘friend’ Zack (Ryan Ashton) was concerned.

But we know Victor, don’t we? Why stop at just a discrete, verbal warning, when a big, public gesture is so much more the Newman way?

Victor takes Abby (Melissa Ordway) out. Father/daughter bonding night on the town –what could be more fun than that? Then he springs it on her that he’s invited Zack. The more the merrier, right?

What does Victor want?

Well, to be right, obviously. But right about what? That Abby and Zack are more than just friends? That Zack isn’t good enough for Abby? That Victor was right to not want to go into the startup business?

Whatever it is, Victor will let the rest of us know. When he’s good and ready. And not a second before.

Over and Done? Of Course, You Are
Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) tells Lily (Christel Khalil) that he and Hilary have broken up. So they’re over.

Maybe Jordan should check in with Neil (Kristoff St. John) and Devon (Bryton James). Hilary is done when she is good and ready. And not a second before.

Girl Interrupted
And while Jordan walks around under the delusion that he and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) are both footloose and fancy-free, she high-tails it over to his former partner in crime.

Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) ain’t got time for that nonsense. Hilary tells her to make time. They have a problem. And his name is Jordan.

If Hilary finds out about Jordan and Chelsea’s secret past, you know she’ll have it all over GC Buzz — in her own good time.

And she’ll be the only one having it.
