The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Friday, January 12 ask more questions than they answer. Who has a grudge against Ashley, and how far will they go to discredit her? Will J.T. and Victoria ever have a meeting of the minds about Reed, and have they noticed that he’s gone yet?
Out of the Ash(ley)
No sooner does Ashley (Eileen Davidson) tell Jack (Peter Bergman) that some of the chemicals in the Jabot lab are very dangerous if combined, than a mysterious, masked person breaks in, shatters some test tubes, and steals precisely the chemicals that Ashley was talking about.
That does not appear to be a coincidence. Or your run of the mill cash grab robbery. Someone is targeting Ashley, in particular. But who?
Jack is an obvious suspect. He wants that CEO chair back, and he’s already proven he’s not above using underhanded means to get it.
There’s also Graham (Max Shippee), who not only wants to get his revenge on Dina (Marla Adams) but perhaps on his pseudo-sister, Ashley, as well. And, of course, we can never count out the Brash & Sassy bunch.
The Son Also Rises
Of course, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) has other things on her mind, namely Reed (Tristan Lake Leabu). She and J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) are at a standoff about what to do regarding the rebellious teen — especially after he sneaks out of the house.
For Better Or For Worse
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) grit her teeth and pretended to reunite with Victor (Eric Braeden).
So no one is more surprised than she is when the fake reunion ends up delivering dividends Nikki never expected. It would seem that, in Genoa City, no bad deed goes unrewarded.
The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
