The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Thursday, May 12 center on Billy and Victoria. Why is she insisting they keep working together? And what’s he doing blowing off Phyllis for his ex-wife? Plus, Ashley wonders what Abby (Melissa Ordway) is hiding?
Villy or Won’t He?
The fake smiles were out in full force as Victoria and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) took turns assuring the other how thrilled they were with Billy’s (Jason Thompson) new arrangement.
He’s going to work with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) by day, stop by her house to tuck the kids in at night — and spend the rest of his time with Phyllis? When would that be exactly? But that’s OK, she’s totally cool with it. They both are.
Jack (Peter Bergman) ain’t buying it. He wants to know why Victoria is keeping Billy around. It’s not for his spectacular business acumen. So it’s got to be for personal reasons.
But Billy is with Phyllis. Isn’t he? ISN’T he? Not that Jack has any vested interest in knowing. He’s totally cool, too.
Meanwhile, Juliet (Laur Allen) lets Phyllis know that Billy blew off their meeting to go home with Victoria. And it’s not even the kids’ bedtime yet….

When Ashley (Eileen Davidson) heard that Victor (Eric Braeden) might not be giving their little girl her fair shake, she stormed into his office to fight for Girl Power and the American Way.
Victor got her to back off by introducing Ashley to Scott (Daniel Hall) and telling her Abby would be mentoring the business newbie. But Abby is still nervous.
She’s convinced that Victor hired Scott to keep an eye on her and prove that she’s not being as loyal as Victor expects every Newman to be. Ashley talks her daughter down and assures her that Scott won’t find anything… unless there actually is something to find.
Uhm… well, Mom, see, the thing is….
