The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR): Abbotts Go To Court To WIN!!!

The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Wednesday, January 10 is a day for legal eagles to strut their stuff, as the Abbotts meet Graham in court to sort out the situation with Dina. It is also the stage for yet another family secret to come out.

Family Feud
It’s time to take sides, Genoa City! In this corner, we have the three Abbott children, Jack (Peter Bergman), Ashley (Eileen Davidson), and Traci (Beth Maitland).

All three were raised by their dad, John, after their mother, Dina (Marla Adams), traipsed off to Paris, married yet another rich man, and took over his company when he died.

Jack was the most open to having a relationship with their mother once she deigned to return to town, and Ashley was the least. But now all the bad blood has been tabled — as has the bad blood between Jack and Ashley over who will run Jabot — in order to join forces and keep Dina from….

The Challenger
And in this corner, we have Graham (Max Shippee)! Graham blamed Dina for luring away the only father he ever knew.

So he bid his time for several decades, wormed his way into Dina’s good graces, waited for her to get dementia, and convinced her to give him her Medical Power of Attorney.

Now he wants to put the befuddled woman in a home. That, boys and girls, is what we call a really, really long con.

Ace in the Hole
Graham’s stepfather, Brent Davis, was Ashley’s biological father. Dina blurted out the truth several months ago, at the same time when Graham confessed to all his evil schemes — in public.

Now, Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) thinks they can use the confession to prove to the court that Graham does not have Dina’s best interests at heart. But are the Abbotts willing to risk even more family secrets coming out as a result?
