Families Divided
Tensions are running high between the Newman and McAvoy families and have for months. The baby drama has caused a downward spiral, and there’s no real end in sight.
Nick and Dylan’s (Steve Burton) battle over Christian serves to solidify the feud between the brothers. Now, with Faith living with Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), life for Sharon and Dylan is more lonely than ever.
Sound of Silence
Not hearing the pitter patter of little feet dampens Sharon’s (Sharon Case) holiday cheer. To make matters worse, the couple can’t bring themselves to go to the ranch, and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) isn’t coming home for the holidays.
With the house too quiet, the McAvoys take time to reflect on the year they’ve suffered.

It’s through tears that Sharon and Dylan get to hold Christian. It’s a moment they never thought they’d have again, and they cherish every second.
They may not have their whole family together, but at least they have this memory to last forever. Who knew Nicholas was short for St. Nick — because this generosity was better than anything Santa himself could have done.
