The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick Wins Round One!

Breaking The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a terrible day in court for Sharon and Dylan. The couple is losing all hope–and it’s tearing their family apart.

Nick’s Anger Boils Over!
Nick (Joshua Morrow) refuses to back down and wants to keep the McAvoys away from his son, especially after learning about Sharon’s secret meeting with the baby. He can’t trust her or Dylan and thinks Christian is unsafe in their presence.

With a lawyer like Leslie (Angell Conwell), he has no reason to make any concessions. He knows he has the law on his side.

The Judge Sides With Mr. Newman!
Unfortunately, the judge has concerns about the couple as well. Sharon (Sharon Case) hid the truth for a very long time, and Dylan (Steve Burton) has held onto at least one secret.

While he knows they love the baby, he has to side with Nick and make sure they stay away. The judge regrettably allows Nick to file his restraining order.

Can Sharon and Dylan Follow the Rules?
However, the judge is at least slightly sympathetic to Sharon and Dylan’s cause. While he has no problem issuing an order to keep them away, he makes sure both parties know it’s only temporary.

He has no plans to take the child away forever. If he sees fit to give them visitation at trial, that’s just what he’ll do.

Things are looking pretty bleak for Sharon and Dylan. The only thing they can do is wait it out and make sure they stay as far away from the baby until their next court date!
