The Young and the Restless Spoilers (YR): Cane Screws Up — Will Dina, Too?

The Young and the Restless spoilers (YR) for Friday, June 16 feature mistakes all around! Michael rails at Cane for going to see Juliet, Lily threatens Hilary with a lawsuit of her own, and Graham warns Dina not to slip up with Jack.

Pick One!
First, Dina (Marla Adams) was leaving Genoa City. Then she wasn’t. First she didn’t want to get to know her granddaughter, now she’s all about Abby (Melissa Ordway). First, she was defending Graham (Max Shippee) to Jack and Ashley (Eileen Davidson), now she’s… still defending him.

Except her kids are still not buying.

Dina decides it’s time to clear the air with Jack (Peter Bergman), but Graham warns Dina not to let her favorite child (oh, it’s no secret, even Mommy isn’t pretending to deny it anymore) talk Dina into anything. Like moving back into the Abbott mansion… and away from Graham.

Just How Stupid Are You?
A lawyer who defends himself has a fool for a client. Michael (Christian Le Blanc) isn’t representing himself. He’s representing Cane (Daniel Goddard). Who is proving himself to be an even bigger idiot than any aphorism could predict.

Michael is very, very angry that Cane went to talk to Juliet (Laur Allen) on his own. He’s made Michael’s job much harder… if not impossible. Will this finally convince Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) to settle out of court?

If Hilary (Mishael Morgan) reports on a lawsuit filed that’s a matter of public record, even if the suit later is proven to be baseless, that doesn’t make Hilary culpable of spreading Fake News.

And it certainly doesn’t make her guilty of libel or slander.

But why nitpick about technicalities when Lily can scream at her ex-sister-in-law/stepmother?
