Wild Speculation: Billy Takes Control of Abbott on The Young and the Restless!

The tides are changing on The Young and the Restless (YR). The shocking news that Jack isn’t really an Abbott will soon leave everyone in Genoa City reeling.

Jabot Is Up For Grabs!
While the scandal will surely hit the airwaves and cause the media to go into a frenzy the biggest worry is what will happen to John’s company. One day very soon Jack’s (Peter Bergman) genius idea to stop a non-Abbott from taking the top spot is going to come back to bite him!

Of course, this means Jack will no longer be eligible for the throne, leaving it wide open for one of his final two siblings to steal.

Traci Stays Away
Traci’s (Beth Maitland) always been a family lady but she’s not one to drown in paperwork. She’s off writing books and living her life in New York. She only comes a few times a year to visit and finds the tensions around town too much to bear.

This leaves Billy (Jason Thompson) as the sole heir to John’s legacy!

Billy Goes For It!
Billy’s played second best most of his life and is still trying to find his way. His playboy nature and silver spoon attitude has held him back so far but he’s ready for a real-life challenge!

Billy better be ready for a fight, though. Jack isn’t going to sit back and watch his life’s work go down the drain. He’ll fight with everything he has to get back to the office, even if it means ruining Billy’s entire life.

Who’s The Boss?
It could be the corporate war to end all corporate wars with only one man coming out on top. Will it be Jack with his slick business skills or Billy who’ll have all the paperwork to back him up.
