The Young and the Restless Recap: It’s Looking Bad For Lola And Kyle

The Young and the Restless recap for the most romantic day of the year, Thursday, February 14 features a lot of red… and not always in a good way. Rey pressed a confession out of Sharon, Lola wouldn’t listen to Kyle, and Mia upset Abby and Arturo’s romantic evening.

Love Means Never Having To Say You’re….
No sooner have Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) and Sharon (Sharon Case) declared their speed-of-light love, did Rey wants to know about the 911 call she placed the night JT (Thad Luckinbill) disappeared.

Sharon tried to obfuscate, but, when Rey assumed she’s protecting Nick (Joshua Morrow), she breaks down from the evening’s whiplash and blurts that it was self-defense.

Cabin Fever
Lola (Sasha Calle) busted in on Kyle (Michael Mealor) making out with Summer (Hunter King) and shrieked, “Aha!” she knew the only thing he cared about was sex. (Does she remember the part where she dumped him?)

Kyle tried to make Lola sit down and listen, but Summer wouldn’t back up any of his excuses, and Lola took off again. Kyle was furious with Summer and she fired back that he never treated her as a person with feelings. Kyle dismissed that she has no feelings, so why bother?

Seeing Red
Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), as well as Jack (Peter Bergman) and Kerry (Alice Hunter), enjoyed their Valentine’s Day at the club, while Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) showed up alone. This was after leaving Rey a message telling him they need to work out their latest problem.

Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Arturo (Jason Canela) were there, too, but Arturo was uncomfortable. He suggested they leave, but Abby says she wouldn’t be cowed by his sister-in-law.

Arturo admitted Rey and Mia had a fight – and it was about him. Abby had a couple of drinks and decided to confront Mia over the trouble she’s causing! Looks like stuff is going to happen. Uh-oh!
