How Will Nick Learn the Truth About Christian?

With Nick and Chelsea growing closer on The Young and the Restless, it’s only a matter of time before the truth about Christian being Adam’s son, not Nick’s, comes out — preferably at the most inconvenient time and in the most dramatic manner possible. Did you ever notice how soap-opera tots never get colic or colds or fevers from teething? Nope, any rise in temperature or a cough is a sign of something ominous. Something ominous that will inevitably require an organ or bone marrow transplant or, at the very least, a blood transfusion. With this in mind, 65% of you are just counting down the days until Christian is in the ICU and a quick test reveals…

But, here’s the thing: Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Adam are half brothers. They should have enough genetic markers in common not to raise any red flags. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see….

DNA tests on soaps are never, ever accurate. You would think the fact that the first test is never accurate would also cast doubt on the second test. But, somehow, that one is assumed to be foolproof. Since Sage (Kelly Sullivan) already had one test run, 20% of viewers expect Nick to remember it and start suspecting something might have been off.

The Truth Will Set You Free
Is Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) falling for Nick? And, if she is, will she allow their relationship to progress while she knows such a huge secret about him? Chelsea also knows that Victor (Eric Braeden) knows.

And Victor is never shy about using people’s secrets against them. If Chelsea wants to kill two birds with one stone, 15% of fans think she’ll bite the bullet and tell Nick about Christian herself — probably putting most of the blame on Victor. Because Chelsea is no dummy.
