The culprit who caused Morgan’s death on General Hospital is on the verge of being exposed. However, more than one person actually played a part in his demise.
Granted, someone ordered the bomb planted in the car that exploded and killed him. Yet, Morgan (Bryan Craig) only got in that car because he was spiraling out of control, because someone switched up his meds.

Ava
The responsibility for Morgan’s demise falls squarely on Ava’s (Maura West) shoulders, say 49% of you. The minute she switched Morgan’s bipolar medication with placebos, she put the whole thing in motion.

She witnessed Morgan’s downfall and saw the dark, dangerous turn he was taking, yet did absolutely nothing to stop it. She killed Morgan, pure and simple.
Olivia
Some 46% of you put the blame on Olivia Jerome (Tonja Walker). She ordered the bomb planted in Julian’s car, and that is what killed Morgan. While she didn’t plan for Morgan’s death, it happened as a result of her orders and actions. Eventually, she’ll have to play for her crime – be it by going to prison or by one of Sonny’s goons taking her out.
Julian
