Young and the Restless’ Melissa Ordway Presents Two New Dancing Stars

The Young and the Restless star Melissa Ordway and husband Justin Gaston have found out that talent runs in their family! The couple’s two daughters Olivia, 5, and Sophie Jolie, 3, recently performed a dance routine on a very famous stage!

“So proud of my two tiny dancers!” Ordway shared on Instagram. “They got to dance on the [Grand Ole Opry] stage for their dance recital and they were wonderful! Congratulations to all the dancers!”

As fans of Ordway know, the actress splits her time between Nashville (home of the Grand Ole Opry) and Los Angeles where YR tapes.

Ordway’s TV mom Eileen Davidson (Ashley) chimed in with a supportive message on the post. “Awwwww. I can’t take it they’re so cute!” Davidson wrote. Faith Ford, who starred on the ABC sitcom Hope & Faith, and started out in soaps as Another World’s Julia in the 1980s, wrote, “Soooo cuuuute!!”

“Darling!” exclaimed @athomewithdenise. “I love your dress, Mel…..and I’m secretly hoping your husband will be the new Chance someday!” As viewers recall, Gaston stepped in to play Chance last year after Donny Boaz (ex-Chance) took a leave from the show when he tested positive for the Coronavirus. Ordway’s real-life husband assumed the role as Abby and Chance tied the knot in the Chancellor mansion.

Boaz exited YR at the end of the year when lawman Chance left town on a secret mission. He last aired on the show in early February. While Ordway’s been a mom in real life for a while, Abby is expecting her first baby with Chance courtesy of surrogates Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Devon (Bryton James).
