After an impromptu elevator kiss with Billy, Phyllis met up with her online date.
Nick (Joshua Morrow) persuaded Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) to give the new dating method a try, and she begrudgingly agreed. Attempt number one turned out to be a fiasco.
All the guy did was talk about his crazy ex-wife. Billy (Jason Thompson), who was nearby, intervened to help Phyllis extricate herself from the dating disaster.
Could Phyllis’ attempt to find a new man lead her back to Billy? Soap Hub posed the question to fans of The Young and the Restless, and some 5000 of you weighed in.
A Phyl-Bill Reunion
More than half of you, some 55%, believe Phyllis is going to end up back in Billy’s bed. Although she’s sworn off Jack’s baby brother, she still feels a sexual pull toward him.
With the pickings of quality eligible men in Genoa City on the slim side, you feel Phyllis will relent and consider a reunion with Billy.
Now that she and Jack are over, there’s really nothing standing in the way of their dating. Well, except for Victoria (Amelia Heinle) …
Been There, Done That
Meanwhile, 45% of fans feel that elevator kiss was an isolated incident. Phyllis immediately called Billy out for using her to get back at Victoria, and she’s not interested in playing second fiddle to anyone.
Besides, Phyllis is too smart to go down that road again. It was disastrous the first time and probably would be again. She’ll find somebody new, who’s perfect for her. It’s just going take time.
