Tell Me a Story For Lola

It was a close one, but a majority 55% of the audience thinks Lola needs a story. Any story. How are things at the restaurant? How are things with her siblings? Is she dating anybody new? Did she get a good divorce settlement from Kyle (Michael Mealor)? We’ll take anything at this point. Lola is a viable young leading lady. But she needs to do something to stay that way!

Boy Crazy

There is only one type of story on a soap opera, 43% of you remind, and that’s a romantic one. If Lola is to remain viable, then she needs a love interest. OK, Kyle is in a dysfunctional mess with Summer (Hunter King). And Theo (Tyler Johnson) is on his way out. So forget about them.

Let’s look around for somebody new. How about… a returned Noah Newman (Robert Adamson)? Fen Baldwin? An aged Johnny Abbott? Charlie Ashby? Reed Helstrom? We’ve got legacy characters to spare. But we need them back in Genoa City, first!
