Fans Have Mixed Feelings About Sharon’s Future – Do You Agree With Them?

Sharon began picking up the pieces of her life on The Young and the Restless (YR) as soon as Dylan split town to enter the witness protection program.

Determined not to fall apart and to be a good role model for her daughter, Faith, Sharon (Sharon Case) enrolled in college and began running Crimson Lights. So far, she’s been forging onward and upward.

She’s doing well in school; the coffee shop business is thriving; and she’s even made amends with ex-husband Nick (Joshua Morrow).

What do fans of The Young and the Restless most want to see in Sharon’s future, moving forward? Some 4500 of you weighed in and shared your thoughts.

A New Romance with Scotty
With Dylan (Steve Burton) gone, 43% of you would like to see Sharon embark on a new romance with Scotty (Daniel Hall).

The pair have already developed a nice friendship, chatting it up at Crimson Lights on several occasions, and taking her out to the movies and even dinner!

And Scotty even offered Sharon some advice with her psych paper that helped her land an A- grade. You’d like to see the pair take things a step further and start dating.

Graduate from College
Sharon’s main focus should be school, according to 30% of you. It’s too soon for her to move on with another man. She’s still grieving Dylan’s loss.

You’d rather see her concentrate on her studies and graduate from college – maybe even with honors. It’s time for Sharon to make something of herself, after years of living in the shadows of the Newman family.

A Reunion with Nick
Some 23% of you want Sharon to find love with Nick, again. The pair have broken up and gotten back together more times than you can count, which proves they’re still connected deep down inside.

While Nick’s romance with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) is sweet, they don’t share the history and passion he has with Sharon. Plus, a “Shick” reunion would make young Faith ecstatic and give Sharon a chance to be a mom to Sully/Christian, again.

Another Baby
It’s time for Sharon to have another baby, say 4% of you. Sharon was heartbroken over the loss of Sully/Christian.

She loved the child with all her heart. If there’s one thing Sharon has always been is a good mother. Having another child to focus on would make her life complete.
