Sometimes real-life families and reel-life families mix, but it can also take a while until that happens, especially for this The Young and the Restless clan.
Believe it or not, the real-life wife of Daniel Goddard had never met his TV daughter until very recently. And, the hunky actor caught the special moment with his cell phone!
Goddard, who plays devoted family man Cane Ashby, is married to Lily (Christel Khalil) onscreen, but in real life his wife is Rachael. The pair shares two sons, Ford and Sebastian.
Onscreen, Goddard has three kids – twins Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) and Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry), and a son, Sam.
Goddard had the pleasure of introducing Rachael to Lexie at a recent event that honored daytime TV at the TV Academy’s headquarters in North Hollywood. Check out the video below to witness the meeting between the actor’s wife and “daughter.”
