The Young and the Restless recaps for March 29-April 2, 2021, features one family getting the miracle they needed from the most unlikely of sources.
Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) chugs the bottle of tequila she swiped from Grandma and Grandpa, then hits the highway in a stolen truck. She quickly loses control and crashes – but an on-the-lam Adam (Mark Grossman) crosses her path, and he spirits her to the local hospital.
Sharon (Sharon Chase) and Nick (Joshua Morrow) fret over their injured daughter and fear that history may be repeating itself. Luckily, Faith pulls through.
Nick and Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) are less than pleased to learn that they have Adam to thank for getting Faith such prompt care, and while they stew over the fact, Sharon struggles with a decision. Should she, or shouldn’t she, answer Adam’s numerous SOS texts?
Kyle (Michael Mealor) came clean to Jack (Peter Bergman) about the affair he had with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner), though he did chose to leave out the fact that he fathered a child.
Jack immediately shifts into protective parent mode, and insists that he will take the lead during any future dealings with Ashland (Richard Burgi). Kyle appreciates the sentiment, but he struggles with the notion of letting his dad fight his battle for him.
Despite their recent breakup, Amanda (Mishael Morgan) decided to take Devon (Bryton James) into her confidence, and inform him of some recent developments. First, she’s seriously considering representing her grandfather who’s charged with murdering her biological father.
Secondly, there exists every possibility that Victor is privy to the events proceeding the alleged crime!
Moses Winters (Jacob Aaron Gaines) arrived in Genoa City, and within a few short hours, he’d made Faith’s acquittance, received Victor’s seal of approval, had his foreseeable future mapped out by his brother and uncle, and playfully nagged Devon until he spilled some personal details.
After chancing upon Elena (Brytni Sarpy), Nate (Sean Dominic) made sure to dissuade her of any notions she might have of reigniting their love affair. He’ll never trust her again, so a relationship is out of the question.
A working relationship, however, was absolutely feasible. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
