The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, October 12, 2021, welcomes Kyle Abbott and Summer Newman, along with Noah Newman, Leslie Brooks, and Harrison Locke to Tuscany. Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers pretends she’s not torturing Jack Abbott for her own ego, Lily Winters blasts Billy Abbott for his latest screw-up, and Victoria will not let any interloper derail her dream wedding.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
When Nicholas Newman (Joshua Morrow) throws a temper tantrum about how his sister doesn’t appreciate everything he’s done for her, Noah steps up to remind his dad about advice Nick once gave him.
Summer (Hunter King) and a newly hair-shorn Kyle (Michael Mealor) make a grand entrance and apparently dump Harrison (Kellan Enriquez) in some other room to take care of himself so they can keep all of the attention. Luckily, Ashland (Richard Burgi) remembers his little boy exists and calls for him, so Harrison comes running.
Don’t Mind Me
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) knows how Jack (Peter Bergman) suffers every time he sees her with Nick, so Phyllis makes sure to flirt shamelessly with Jack while singing Nick’s praises and teasing Jack about how he claims he’s OK with it. Seriously, is she more evil now than she was when she was trying to kill Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell)?

Y&R Recap: Trump Card
Not only did Billy (Jason Thompson) dump his kids on Lily (Christel Khalil) – traveling with children is literally one of Dante’s levels of hell – but he then lies to her about bringing Jesse Gaines to Italy. Lily figures it out, nonetheless, and proceeds to chastise her partner. Especially the part where Billy misplaced his star witness.
Jesse, on the other hand, finds Ashland. He threatens to expose Ashland at his own wedding. But then Victoria finds them – and announces she’ll handle the threat Jesse brings – and heads straight for Billy!
