The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, February 3, 2020, kicks off a new month with some news, as Lola learned what happened between Kyle and Summer, Victoria learned what happened between Billy and Amanda, and Jack learned how it’s going to be from now on.
Lola’s (Sasha Calle) pushing prompted Kyle (Michael Mealor) to admit that Summer (Hunter King) kissed him in San Francisco. Figuring the best defense is a good offense, Kyle turned the tables to Lola’s relationship with Theo (Tyler Johnson) and blurted out that Lola should admit Theo is as much in her head as Summer is in his. Oops. Lola walked out on him.
Meanwhile, Theo told Summer he doesn’t have to tell Lola about Summer and Kyle. Kyle will screw that up all on his own. When Lola asked Theo if he knew, he played dumb. She didn’t buy it.
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) learned that Victor has pictures of Billy (Jason Thompson) meeting with Amanda (Mishael Morgan) and that Amanda got Billy out of jail after his latest arrest.
Victoria met with “the other woman,” only to hear Amanda swear she has no romantic interest in Billy. She was just a friend who listened to his woes. Victoria called her an enabler.
After Billy apologized to Amanda for sending mixed signals – and she made it clear she has no interest in him romantically — Billy stomped over to Jabot so he could have a new audience for his old act.
Billy informed Jack (Peter Bergman) that Victoria didn’t want to applaud his brave attempts to find himself, so Jack will have to do it. When Jack wondered if Billy had been gambling, his brother claims only a little.
When Jack suggested a meeting, Billy pulled out his familiar tantrum and announced things are going to be different from now on! The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
