The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, July 2 is shrouded in mystery, as Stitch Rayburn keeps an eye on Mariah Copeland, Tara keeps a close eye on Kyle Abbott, Sally Spectra eyes Jack Abbott, and Ashland Locke only has eyes for Victoria Newman.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Stitch (Sean Carrigan) told Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway), Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) that he was only in Genoa City for a few days, and that, except for his son’s ongoing illness, he was doing well. So why then, is Stitch lurking outside the Chancellor Mansion’s window, creepily eyeing a pregnant Mariah (Camryn Grimes)? Is he here to get the wife and child he thinks he’s owed – whether or not they are actually his?
Y&R Recap: Remember When
As Kyle (Michael Mealor) rids his phone of all Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) photos – one by one; dude, highlight them all and delete! – Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) took Kyle on a stroll down their own memory lane – and made it clear she was open to making some new ones, as well.
Young and Restless: Not Going To Happen
Despite Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) warnings, Jack (Peter Bergman) still joined Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) for a drink as she’d suggested. There, he reiterated that their getting together would be a very bad idea. Terrible, Sally confirmed. And smiled. Jack smiled back. And didn’t get up and leave.
The Young and the Restless Recap: Indecent Proposal
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) told Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) they should definitely go ahead with merging their companies… before he drops dead. Ashland agreed. And then he asked Victoria if she wanted to spend the night with him… also presumably before he dropped dead. Victoria demurred. But only for now.
Meanwhile, a shirtless Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) talked to Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) about how he was definitely done talking about his ex-wife and Ashland.
