 Comments

The Young and the Restless recap for Wednesday, August 4, 2021, continues the Phyllis Summers tour of bad-mouthing Sally Spectra to Nick Newman, Jack Abbott, and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin, while Abby Chancellor and Tessa Porter freak out over a still missing Mariah Copeland – in different ways. Also, Billy Abbott and Lily Winters plan a family vacation.

The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights

Back from Los Angeles, Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) can’t wait to throw her meeting with Eric Forrester (John McCook) in Sally’s (Courtney Hope) face. Nick (Joshua Morrow) believes that Sally had something to do with Summer Newman (Hunter King) leaving town, but Lauren (Tracey Bregman) is wary.

Phyllis tries to convince her otherwise, but when Jack (Peter Bergman) questions her information, she throws a full-out tantrum, unable to handle anyone not seeing the world exactly her way.

Jack goes home to question Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner), who, once again, points out that Phyllis will say or do anything to discredit her. Jack repeats Phyllis’s claim that Sally confessed all, but Tara won’t back down.

Young and Restless: Lost and Found

Still in captivity, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) nicknames her unborn baby Bowie, after the rocker, and muses out loud about who could be keeping them here. Abby (Melissa Ordway), in the meantime, goes crying to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) about Chance not being there to hold her hand.

Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) is also worried and goes running to Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) says it’s too early to get the police involved. But Sharon asks if he can help as her husband?

Y&R Recap: Blended Family

Lily (Christel Khalil) comes home from seeing Mattie, and she and Billy (Jason Thompson) have sex. He then suggests they take a vacation…with all four of their kids. Sure, why not, Lily shrugs. They are so very, very happy!
