The Young and the Restless recap for Monday, August 24, 2020 features Adam running to and from with everyone fretting about him, while Billy and Victoria run to and from worrying about Katie. Elsewhere, Devon and Amanda discuss Hilary, as Elena and Nate discuss how wonderful they are.

The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights

Adam (Mark Grossman) wakes up, unhappy that he isn’t remembering anything. Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) tells him that it’s probably for the best. Adam goes back to sleep. Isn’t he happy that he lost the Newman CEO job? That wouldn’t have allowed for nearly as many naps. This time he has a disturbing dream. Isn’t this what he wanted? No! Adam is upset, and he goes running to Sharon (Sharon Case).

Sharon has just promised Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) that she’s going to take it easy today, but she’s always available to help Adam. Adam remembers being a kid, hiding under the table while AJ was being mean to his mother. Adam remembers yelling at AJ, then gets upset and runs out again.

Chelsea and Rey discuss Adam and Sharon spending time together. Chelsea drops in on Sharon to announce that Adam is missing. (Hasn’t it only been a couple of hours? Maybe he’s at the dentist…)

Just Kidding

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Billy (Jason Thompson) snark at each other… but then Katie gets stung by a bee and has an allergic reaction, so they pull together for their daughter’s sake. Katie is cured by Nate (Sean Dominic) and Elena (Brytni Sarpy). Victoria doesn’t hate Billy anymore!

The Leftovers

Nate and Elena feel like super-docs because they were clever enough to give a little girl having an allergic reaction an epi-pen. Devon (Bryton James) and Amanda (Mishael Morgan) talk about Hilary, and about how Devon is spoken for. Did Amanda actually ask? The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS.
