The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Ashland (Richard Burgi) wonder why Billy (Jason Thompson) went to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Adam (Mark Grossman) with his proposition when Ashland is the one who can call off the lawsuit against him.
Victoria hates the idea of her father and brother coming out the winners over anyone, even Billy, so she and Ashland have a counteroffer. Let Newman-Locke absorb Chance Comm. Billy will still step down, Lily (Christel Khalil) will continue to run it. Victor and Adam are cut out of the equation. It’s a win-win for everyone!
Lily isn’t so sure, and reaches out to Jill Foster (Jess Walton) for the final word – since it is, technically, her company.
Meanwhile, Victoria worries that Billy is going to self-destruct again, and considers sending the kids away to boarding school, so they don’t have to watch. Is that code for: Get ready for a SORASed teenage Johnny and Katie?
Young and the Restless: The Party’s Over
The trial of Sutton Ames (Jack Landron), a character we barely know, for the murder of Richard, a character we never met, what was taking place off-camera is finally over. Amanda (Mishael Morgan) won! Yay! We think.
She and Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) chat about that and about Naya (Ptosha Storey) moving to Genoa City. Oh, also, did Amanda mention she’s got a baby living with her and Devon?
A baby that Devon (Bryton James) is busy taking care of while also trying to run his business. This is so hard! How do other people do it?
At the same time, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is assuring Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) that she is a-OK being away from Dominic. No psychological trauma here, she is good as new!
