The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, April 6, 2021 spotlights Lauren judging Sally, Billy turning to Jack, Kyle lying boldly, and Adam pleading with Sharon to help him prove his innocence.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Mere days after she and Michael (Christian LeBlanc) recalled her own checkered, youthful past, Lauren (Tracey Bregman) was telling Sally (Courtney Hope) how disappointed she is in her. And why is Lauren disappointed in Sally? It’s because Sally came up with some information against Summer (Hunter King) to keep Summer from spilling information that she dug up on Sally.
Lauren calls that blackmail – on Sally’s part. And, even though it hasn’t affected Sally’s job performance in any way, Lauren stomps off to think about what this means for Sally’s future employment. Sally yells at Summer.
Meanwhile, when Ashland (Richard Burgi) asked Kyle (Michael Mealor) whether he’d slept with Ashland’s wife, Kyle bluffed and said, “Nah.” Ashland pretended he’d been kidding. The pair shared a manly laugh.
Help, I Need Somebody
Adam (Mark Grossman) insists to Sharon (Sharon Case) that he is in love with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan), that he didn’t send Sharon any texts – but he needs her help proving he didn’t poison Rey (Jordi Vilasuso).
Adam is now certain that Chelsea and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are the ones who sent the texts, and that they’re framing him. Sharon has to help him come up with the evidence! Hey, remember how Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) almost died? Sharon thinks Adam should turn himself in and plead his case to Paul (Doug Davidson). Adam would rather trick Chelsea – with Sharon’s help.
Ad Man
Jack (Peter Bergman) offers Billy (Jason Thompson) advice on joining professional forces with Victoria (Amelia Heinle) – against Lily’s (Christel Khalil) personal objections. Billy turns Victoria down.
Jack also listens to Kyle tell him about Ashland and vows to protect his son. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
