The Young and the Restless Recap: Ashley Tells Victor Her Chance Fear

The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, December 7, 2021, takes place at Chance Chancellor’s Welcome Home party, as business goes on behind the scenes with both Victor Newman and Victoria Newman Locke trying to convince Jill Foster Abbott Atkinson to sell them ChancComm, Ashley Abbott worrying about Abby Newman Chancellor’s future, and Nicholas Newman second-guessing his life choices.

Sure, sure, everyone is excited to have Chance (Conner Floyd) back. But the real draw at his party is Jill (Jess Walton). Victor (Eric Braeden) makes it very clear she’d be better off selling him the media part of her company. Jill doesn’t look convinced. Especially after what Victor and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) did to her baby boy, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Victoria (Amelia Heinle) tries to make Jill believe that selling to her and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) would be in Billy’s best interests. Jill doesn’t look convinced. Especially after Victoria was part of Victor and Adam’s plan to bring down Jill’s baby boy.

Y&R Recap: Mother’s Intuition

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) was happy that Abby (Melissa Ordway) was happy to have her husband home. But she worried to Victor about their son-in-law’s mental state.

Ashley was onto something as, back home, Chance held little Dominic…while hearing voices. This does not bode well. Neither does how sad Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) looked when he talked about giving the baby back to Abby and Chance.

Young and the Restless: The Prodigal Son

Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) convinces Nick (Joshua Morrow) to go to Chance’s party, though she failed to do the same with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), who felt awkward around Bowie’s dad…and his mom.

Nick stopped by for a second, kissed Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), saw Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and took off again. Meaningful.
