The Young and the Restless recap for Tuesday, March 16, 2021, proves that Summer and Kyle are children playing grown-up, confirms that Sharon is not a doctor (nor does she play one on TV), and demonstrates that Amanda is no fool.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Ashland (Richard Burgi) insists that Jack (Peter Bergman) join him and Tara (Elizabeth Leiner) for a drink at Society. Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Summer (Hunter King) stop by and Kyle all but throws a tantrum about how this is the worst thing that has ever happened to him.
Summer, meanwhile, corners Tara to throw her version of a big girl threat at Kyle’s presumed baby mama. Tara can barely hold back her laughter as she assures Summer that she has no interest in her boyfriend, and Summer should run along now. The grown-ups are talking. Summer assures Kyle he handled the situation beautifully. It’s amazing how awesome they both are, isn’t it?
Diagnosis… Murder?
Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) gets sicker, so Sharon (Sharon Case) calls on Nate (Sean Dominic) to make a house call. She also looks up her husband’s symptoms on the Internet and offers her own diagnosis. Nate suggests they do a blood test first. You know, like a real doctor would.
In case Rey isn’t feeling awful enough, Rey wants to talk about their therapy session. Sharon pulls out the in sickness and health bit.
Fantasy Island
While Elena (Brytni Sarpy) can’t make up her mind between Nate and Devon (Bryton James), even in her fantasies (is she aware that, at the moment, neither one is exactly committed to her, either?), Amanda (Mishael Morgan) would like to know why she found Elena’s bracelet in Devon’s apartment. Oh, it’s because Elena dropped by? And why would she have done that?
While Devon stammers and hedges, Amanda proves that she is a woman who knows her own worth by walking out on him. Nate does the same by telling Elena that they’re over. Go, them! The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
