The Young and the Restless recap for Friday, September 27, 2019, features Adam wrestling with his guilt and vowing to leave town — until Victor turned the tables. Plus, Kevin wanted to help Michael, and Summer didn’t appreciate how Theo tried to help her.
The Young and the Restless Recap Highlights
Nick (Joshua Morrow) invited Adam (Mark Grossman) to Victor’s (Eric Braeden) memorial service, and the two sparred about who is or isn’t awful. After Nick left, Adam cried.
Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor recapped their plan for the benefit of each other. A sad Summer (Hunter King) dropped by and Victor felt a twinge of guilt for hurting his granddaughter. Nikki worried Adam wouldn’t give Victor what he needs.
Heading Out
Adam decided to leave town. He told Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) who asked for his penthouse. He told Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) who was furious that he’s abandoning Connor (Judah McKay). He told Connor, who cries and begs to go with him. Adam got a text and ran out.
At the ranch… he saw Victor sitting behind the chessboard. (But is he the real thing… or just a dream?)
Back Up
Meanwhile, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) told Michael (Christian J. LeBlanc) how he can help him with the barrel Adam had Michael over. He asked Paul (Doug Davidson) for his old job back. Paul granted him his wish. Kevin said he has thoughts about the Newman case.
The Young and the Restless Recap: Folk Remedy
Theo (Tyler Johnson) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) cleared the air about working together. A still sad Summer came by, and Theo took her up to his hotel room. Sex would help get her mind off things! Summer was offended! Theo just held her and promised to get this right.
Kyle (Michael Mealor) was also sad about Victor. He wished Summer wasn’t dating Theo. Lola (Sasha Calle) declined to tell him she and his ex-pal had a moment of connection. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
