His family hates him, the woman he loves can’t stand him, he’s banned from being around his youngest son, and it’s not like Chelsea is open to him seeing Connor all the time, either. What is left for him here? Nothing, that’s what. So, it’s time to skip town.
A Key Exchange
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) stops by at just the right time and hears his bombshell news. She tries to talk him out of it but everything she says goes in one ear and out the other. So, she does what she does best and looks out for herself. If he’s leaving, can she have his condo? Of course, he says. Why not?

Daddy Loves You
Adam’s next stop is to see Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). He can’t disappear without letting her know. Of course, none of this sits well with Chelsea. If he’s leaving he better tell their son!
Expect a heartbreaking scene when Adam breaks the news to his little boy. Poor Connor just got his dad back, lost his stepfather, thinks his grandpa is dead, and now his dad is leaving again?! It’s all too much for a little boy to take.
