It’s a new Billy on The Young and the Restless. Or, at least, so he keeps saying. Over and over and over again. Billy has gone looking for himself, and the man he’s found is even more awesome than anyone could have possibly imagined. He really doesn’t understand why everyone isn’t agreeing with him.

So which woman has the best chemistry with the new and improved Billy? Over 9,000 votes were cast!

To the Victoria Goes the Spoiled Brat

A majority 54% voted for Victoria (Amelia Heinle). Sure, she and Billy have tried – and failed – at the relationship thing many times. Many, many, many times. And, sure, this time around, she said, “No more.” No more Billy lying, no more Billy gambling, no more Billy… being Billy. You all don’t agree. Villy for the win! Sorry, Victoria. Nobody cares what you want.

New Girl In Town

When Amanda (Mishael Morgan) arrived in Genoa City, everyone hated her. For looking like Hilary. How dare she! Then they hated her for doing her job and taking Devon’s (Bryton James) money away from him. How dare she!

Now, 26% of the audience thinks she and Billy have the best chemistry. Is this her punishment?

A smaller 20% think Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) is the one who really lights Billy’s fire. She truly is the only woman who ever took him for who he was and didn’t try to change him.
