Phyllis has been without a man for weeks now on The Young and the Restless. And while she does perfectly fine without one — Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) would often prefer to be alone than settle for a man who isn’t her equal — she does enjoy taking things that don’t belong to her.
Chance (Danny Boaz) has only been in town for a few days. In that time, he’s managed to foil a hostage situation and blow Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) will scam wide open. He’s also found time to give Abby (Melissa Ordway) a heads-up about nefarious things Phyllis might be up to with the Grand Phoenix’s server.
Phyllis won’t be pleased. Either with the heads up… or with Abby getting any kind of attention. All attention rightly belongs to Phyllis. Will this development prompt her to go after Chance? Over 5,000 fans pondered the possibilities:

Oh, God, no, 86% of you recoil from the mere mention of it. Isn’t Chance, what, like Daniel’s age? And, super-secret agent or not, he is totally out of Phyllis’s league. She’ll be bored with the day after she gets what she wants out of him, and Chance won’t know what hit him.
Let him be with someone nice and normal like Abby. Chance’s paratrooper training may prepare him for life among the Newmans — unlike Nate (Sean Dominic) — but he could in no way handle the typhoon that is Phyllis.
Fresh Blood For Phyllis
Then again, 14% of The Young and the Restless fans are curious about what might happen. Chance isn’t exactly an innocent. Kind of hard to stay innocent as an undercover agent.
But he is — as far as we know — wholesome and upstanding. Has Phyllis ever had wholesome and upstanding? And Danny (Michael Damian) doesn’t count. He was also kind of smarmy. Chance may be just what the doctor ordered for Phyllis!
