Amanda blew into The Young and the Restless looking like Hilary… but gunning for Devon. Her face may have initially distracted him, but it was her claiming that Kay’s (Jeanne Cooper) will was forged and Devon (Bryton James) isn’t her true heir — Cane (Daniel Goddard) is — that really got Devon’s attention.
He is dying to know whom Amanda (Mishael Morgan) is working for. And almost 4,000 fans offered their suggestions.
Adam (Mark Grossman) may have claimed to leave Genoa City for good, but 37% of you still suspect him of pulling strings there. We know he’s had contact with Chance — but we don’t know why. Adam turned away from Victor’s (Eric Braeden) money. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t want Kay’s.
A good 25% of the audience suspects Cane. He stands the most to gain. And he’s already lost what he cared about most — Lily (Christel Khalil). So why not go back to his con-artist ways? He can even claim he’s doing it for a good cause. His kids! The convicts he’s been working with. And… you know… Cane.
Then again, 15% of The Young and the Restless fans think there’s a good chance it actually is Chance. Why wouldn’t it be him? His dad was Kay’s beloved stepson. Why shouldn’t Chance inherit her money, instead of Devon, the son of the son Kay barely knew?
We don’t know what Chance has been up to over the past few years. If he’s hanging around Adam, he’s hanging around trouble. And maybe the only way to get away from it is to buy his way out of it.
And then there’s Jill (Jess Walton). Only 13% voted for her, but she and Kay had a complicated relationship that keeps evolving… even though one of them is dead. This could be the next step. The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
