Melissa Claire Egan is heading back to the soap as Chelsea Newman. Egan was last seen in February of 2018 when Chelsea left town with her son Connor to avoid jail time.
Rumors of Egan’s return began surfacing when it was announced that Chelsea’s late husband, Adam, was being resurrected from the dead, this time played by daytime newcomer Mark Grossman. Egan begins taping scene this month to air in early summer.
Tina Casciani portrays Riza Thomas on Friday, May 10. Look for the character to share scenes with Sharon Case’s Sharon. Nazanin Mandi appears as herself on Friday, May 10. Mandi, who’s a real-life social influencer is slated to stop by Society.
