When both Abby and Chelsea ignored her plethora of texts and phone calls, Phyllis tracked them down at Nicholas’ and presented her evidence against Zoe. Oh, and not only did Phyllis have her recorded confession she also had the deleted hotel surveillance footage that showed Zoe spiking the drinks — computer hacking is her bag after all.

Abby and Chelsea were ecstatic that proof now existed that they — and the hotel — are not negligible but their jubilation was tempered when Phyllis laid out her terms: she’ll, of course, turn over the evidence to the police, but she wanted a 25% take in the Hotel – for free! Since beggars can’t be choosers, the women agreed.

O Billy Where Art Thou?
With Billy (Jason Thompson) continued to show signs of erratic behavior — at one point passionately begging Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) to fetch Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and then coldly dismissing the notion at the next — the former fashion maven decided that it was time to bring the not quite Mrs. Abbott up to speed.

She managed to locate Victoria and explained Billy’s plight before driving the woman to the Chancellor boathouse. When they arrived, Chloe warned Vic that she needed to be prepared to meet Billy’s darker personality.

Down For the Count
Victor’s (Eric Braeden) tainted pills continue to wreak havoc with the man’s health and Victor nearly lost consciousness on two separate occasions.

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) insisted on contacting Nate (Season Dominic) who did a thorough evaluation of Victor’s vitals. With nothing but grim news, Victor requested that his family gather together for an important family meeting.

With everyone assembled — save for Victoria who was busy attending to Billy — Victor revealed that he was taking Nate’s advice and leaving the country to seek out alternative treatments.

However, the decision may prove moot as Victor suddenly collapsed and, despite his best efforts, Nate couldn’t find a pulse! The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
