Y&R Spoilers Wild Speculation: Michael Sleeps with Phyllis

Y&R spoilers are showing Michael getting sucked deeper and deeper into Phyllis’s web. He went from refusing to defend her, to demanding she turn herself in, to warning Summer not to cover for her mother, to seemingly drinking Phyllis’s Kool-Aid, and agreeing that her remaining in hiding is a sensible idea. So, Michael, at least, has lost his mind. How much further will he go?

Y&R Spoilers Speculation: Plan A

Michael (Christian Le Blanc) may be currently deranged, but we don’t know how long his state might last. And neither does Phyllis (Michelle Stafford). This could be a problem for her. She needs to ensure Michael never, ever turns on her. That he’ll remain her slave to the end. And Phyllis only knows one way to do that. OK, two ways.

When it comes to her kids, she messes with their minds and plays on their emotions. With the men in her life, she plays on their emotions…and seduces them. Remember how she slept with Jack (Peter Bergman) to ensure he wouldn’t return to Diane (Susan Walters)? It didn’t work in the long run. But that’s because Phyllis let Jack overhear her boasting about doing it. She won’t make the same mistake again.

Young and the Restless: Bosom Buddies

Phyllis will make sure that Michael never suspects she has an ulterior motive for sleeping with him. So that takes care of any potential problems. Well, except the one known as Lauren (Tracey Bregman).

You remember Lauren, the woman who stood by her even as she learned what Phyllis had done? They’re the best of friends. And that’s why Phyllis sleeping with Lauren’s husband is A-OK. As her friend, Lauren should want what’s best for Phyllis. What’s best for Phyllis is seducing Michael to keep him on her case. Really, Lauren should be happy to sacrifice her marriage for Phyllis. It’s no less than what Phyllis’s own daughter did.
