Y&R Spoilers Wild Speculation: Jack And Hilary Are Dom’s Bio Parents

Y&R spoilers tease that Dominic has a bone marrow transplant ahead of him after Abby Abbott Newman Chancellor, Chance Chancellor, and Devon Hamilton learned that their son had a rare blood disorder. While they learned that Devon is one of the rare parents who match with their children, we speculate that there’s another reason why Devon ended up being a match when it happens so rarely between parent and child.

Y&R Spoilers Wild Speculation

We speculate that Devon (Bryton James) and Abby (Melissa Ordway) aren’t Dominic’s biological parents. Instead, we believe the baby’s actual parents are none other than the late Hilary Curtis Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

Wait, what? We know it’s crazy but hear us out. We already know that Jack left a sample a few decades ago because that’s how he ended up with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) as a son. Plus, Hilary decided to have a baby on her own before her death, so she also had an egg collection.

Protocols, Anyone?

While clinics have plenty of safety protocols in place, it seems that the one in Genoa City has experienced more than a few mishaps over the years. In fact, Abby’s own conception came from her mother, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), stealing Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) sperm to create her.

Perhaps Y&R spoilers will reveal that the clinic saw the Abbott last name and the Hamilton last name on the vials and accidentally grabbed those belonging to Jack and Hilary instead of Abby and Devon. These two remained special friends throughout Hilary’s time in GC, even after she kissed him when he was her boss.

A last name vial mixup would explain why Abby was still a partial match for the baby — she’s his cousin instead of his mother. As for how Devon ended up being a 100% bone marrow match for Dominic, we believe the match was simply happenstance. What do you think? Could this wild speculation be true?
