Y&R spoilers hint that things between Sally Spectra and Adam Newman remain up in the air regardless of their latest kiss in Tuscany. Whether she knows it or not, with Noah Newman’s return, Sally is one of the most eligible (and unattached) women in Genoa City among the younger set.
Y&R Spoilers Wild Speculation
However, there is a blast from the past guy who should return to town and sweep Sally (Courtney Hope) off her feet. There’s a bonus, too — Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) would be madder than a hornet if this wild speculation became a reality.
We think Daniel Romalotti must return to Genoa City for Sally. While actor Michael Graziadei is most associated with playing Red’s firstborn, he last brought Daniel to life for a bit in 2016, he has been very busy with other projects. While he’s definitely the first choice, his availability (or lack of it) can’t stop this from happening.
Sally and Adam (Mark Grossman) have engaged in heavy flirting lately, but Adam continues to put the brakes on things. However, if Daniel returned and caught Sally’s eye, it could give Adam a great sense of urgency for the redhead.
The Phyllis Factor
Another significant wrinkle in the storyline if Daniel returned and got together with Sally would be his mother’s reaction. Y&R spoilers hint that Phyllis and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) might be in for some rough waters, and frustration in the form of Daniel and Sally could add so much mama drama, her head might explode.
It seems evident that Phyllis has no plans to forgive Sally for driving her daughter Summer Newman (Hunter King) out of Genoa City. Just imagine her fury if Sally snagged her other child. We’d love to see those Phyllis fireworks. Would you like to see Daniel return for Sally? Let us know in the comments below.
