Y&R Spoilers Weekly Recap
The Y&R recap for the week of January 31 through February 4 brought lots of love for Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) as the couple continued celebrating its engagement, capping off the week with a fancy engagement party. Tessa came clean with Mariah about Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) confessing he still had feelings for her, and Mariah confronted her brother in the nicest way.
Elsewhere, Abby Newman Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) made their new custody agreement official. People congratulated Devon on being a father while Abby struggled to adjust to her new situation. Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) seemed thrilled by the prospect of time alone with his wife, and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) seemed to fall in love with Dominic.
Finally, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) proved he’s always a step ahead, and Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) uncovered some strange irregularities about the clinic in Peru where Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) received his treatment. Meanwhile, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) received a shock when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) chose to stay on to head the media division at Newman Locke after Victor sold her Newman Media. Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) landed on her feet with a new job offer from Adam while Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson) worked on a new plan after Victoria pulled the plug on the fashion platform.
The Young and the Restless Week Ahead
Coming up, Adam wants Sally just as much and she wants him, which comes as no surprise. Also not surprising, there’s a big but, which may take some of the wind out of Sally’s sails. Of course, she’ll have plenty of time to make things work as she continues working alongside Adam at Newman Locke.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) certainly saw whatever is bugging Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) coming. How will she solve it? That remains to be seen. Perhaps Billy will be able to figure it out on his own.
Finally, Devon wants to know what the doctor said about Dominic. Chance lets Dom’s other daddy know that the baby’s physical tests came back fine, but the doctor also wants to run some bloodwork. Why would Dominic need bloodwork?
