Y&R Recap: Monday, October 23, 2023
Victor (Eric Braeden) asked Adam (Mark Grossman) to be his ally at Newman Enterprises, and later, Adam found a doodle his father had drawn. Claire (Hayley Erin) ingratiated herself even more to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), but it appeared as if she had an obsession with the Newman family. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) encouraged Sally (Courtney Hope) to make things right with Nick (Joshua Morrow), while Sharon (Sharon Case) advised Nick to settle things with Sally’s business. A frustrated Victor told Nikki he couldn’t trust her, after she told Nick about his plan, and Nick urged Victor to come clean. Nate (Sean Dominic) told Victoria (Amelia Heinle) he’d found Adam in Victor’s chair at Newman Enterprises. Adam tried in vain to get Nick to help him with their dad, so Adam took matters into his own hands. Danny (Michael Damian), Phyllis (Michelle Stafford), Lily (Christel Khalil), and Daniel (Michael Graziadei) had a meal together. This led to Daniel and Lily fighting and sparks between Danny and Phyllis while Christine (Lauralee Bell) returned home. Read the entire recap here.

Kyle (Michael Mealor) told Audra (Zuleyka Silver) he was ready to help her and Tucker (Trevor St. John) take over Jabot. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) showed up, promising to try not to hate Diane (Susan Walters) and upsetting Jack (Peter Bergman) and Billy (Jason Thompson) with her plan to bring down Tucker. Nick and Nikki begged Victor to tell Victoria the truth about his so-called mental decline. Finally, Christine told Danny her marriage to Paul was over. Read the entire recap here.

Adam admitted to Sally (Courtney Hope) that his whole major life change was just a scheme. Nick told both Sharon and Victoria about Victor’s scheme. Nikki berated Victor for worrying Victoria. Finally, Victor summoned Nate to the ranch while swearing him to secrecy. Read the entire recap here.

Adam shared his fears about Victor with Sally, and they ended up in bed. Victor confided in Nate that he was worried about his mental decline, swearing the former doctor to secrecy. The Young and the Restless Week Ahead
Coming up, Ashley will confront Tucker, and by the end of the week, she makes a confession. What will it be? Before that, Jack loses patience with Kyle, and later, he asks Ashley for a favor. As for Kyle, his Uncle Billy gives him a wake-up call, and perhaps it will force him to take a hard look at himself.
