This week was a big one in Genoa City. Summer (Allison Lanier) continued blaming Diane (Susan Walters) for her mom’s death, leaving Kyle (Michael Mealor) in a difficult spot. Diane tried to push Jack (Peter Bergman) out of her life. Michael (Christian Le Blanc) took Diane’s case, and Chance (Conner Floyd) and Christine (Lauralee Bell) collaborated on the prosecution.
Victor (Eric Braeden) found out about Sally’s (Courtney Hope) pregnancy, and he let both Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Adam (Mark Grossman) have it. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) warned him to tread carefully. Also, Nate (Sean Dominic) firmly told Victoria (Amelia Heinle) that they had no chance of a personal relationship, but Elena (Brytni Sarpy) continued forward with plans to find J.T. (Thad Luckinbill).
Finally, Sharon (Sharon Case) held a surprise baby shower for Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Tessa (Cait Fairbanks), and Aria.
Coming up, expect to see Victor cut ties with an ally. Could it be Michael? Elena has more to worry about when Nate receives an enticing invitation. Will he accept and go on a business trip with Victoria? Finally, Jack makes an impulsive decision regarding Diane’s predicament. What could go wrong?
