Phyllis Summer’s (Michelle Stafford) worst nightmare may become reality in the coming days. Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has made no secret of her interest in Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) since returning to town, and she’s going for it! Oh, yes, she is definitely going for it.

Diane makes a very sweet and gentle plea for Jack. And, it works. She bares her soul and tells him she has feelings for him. Much to her surprise, he does too. They lean in for a very sweet kiss as Diane tells Jack she doesn’t want this daydream to end. But wait — is that all this is? A dream? Or is it really happening?
