The Y&R spoilers preview for August 23-27, 2021, is here! Find out what your favorite Genoa City players are up to this coming week!
The Y&R Spoilers Teaser Video
The race is on to find Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) finally leading the charge. It’s getting closer and closer to Mariah’s due date and the bleak truth is setting in. Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) is right, her girlfriend didn’t choose to disappear.
Poor Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) is starting to lose hope. To make matters worse, her husband is still on assignment and cannot be reached. Thankfully, she has best friend, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) by her side.
As if all this wasn’t terrible enough, the identity of Mariah’s captor remains a secret. This nameless, faceless person has the surrogate-mother-to-be right where they want her and she is not going anywhere – even when she goes into labor! See it all for yourself in the sneak peek video below.

The Young and the Restless History
Y&R made its debut in 1973 and introduced more sexual undertones and younger characters to daytime soap operas. It has outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households. Needless to say, four decades of storylines have kept viewers locked in.
From Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) family machinations to Rey Rosales’s (Jordi Vilasuso) heroism to the complicated love story of Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), Y&R knows how to entertain and keep fans coming back for more.
Bringing the Drama
It is one of only four remaining soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include General Hospital (GH), Days of our Lives (DAYS), and The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B). The Young and the Restless (YR) airs weekdays on CBS. Check your local listings for airtimes.
